  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
    Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process. Shipping within the US normally takes around 5-10 business days for delivery.
  • CAN I RETURN A DAMAGED PRODUCT?
    Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.   • CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY AN EXISTING ORDER?
    Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order after it has been placed. Please carefully review your order prior to completing your purchase.
  • HOW DO I GET DISCOUNT/PROMO CODES FOR CHECKOUT?
    Promo codes can be located on the @triplefoursound social media pages on special events or song/album drops.
  • HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
    Simply log in to your Triple Four Sound account to review all recent and past orders. If you check out as a guest make sure to include an email so you will be notified on the status of your delivery.
  • WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRICES IN?
    Orders placed by customers residing in the United States and Australia will be charged in US Dollars (USD).
  • HOW DO I STAY INFORMED WHEN NEW MERCH ITEMS GO LIVE OR GO ON SALE?
    All Triple Four Sound members with accounts will be automatically notified when there are new products, products on sale, or products out of stock.
